Some websites also offer “free classified ads” where you basically can post your web advertisement and a link to your site for free.

Other ways to promote on the web is by submitting articles to web sites like ezine.com, hubpages.com, squidoo.com or any other article sites like these. You can post links to your web site in your bio that will appear after each article you submit to the site.
